I started this site after messing around with bbcode on the artfight site. I guess I hadn't realized how much I missed this sort of thing and how much I longed for a place for me. I have an associates in Computer Science and will soon start studying to get my bachelors, so this sort of stuff has always been fun for me.
Like a lot of other people, social media is too fast pace for me and is a huge drain on my mental health. Having a little corner of the internet feels more authentic and calm.
